Race: Caucasian
Sex: Female
Height: 4’8”
Weight: 65 lbs.
Eyes: Hazel
Hair: Blonde, is growing out a permanent.
Other: Has 2 - 3 small flat brown moles on the left side of her neck.
Other: Last seen wearing a solid red T-shirt, bell bottom blue jeans with embroidered seams on the side of each leg and plain white canvas shoes. Her ears are pierced, but it is unknown if she was wearing earrings.

Circumstances: Mikelle left her home on her bicycle to meet the ice cream man at 6:00 PM. Her change and her bicycle were found about four houses west of her own home.

Mikelle's picture is shown age-progressed to 15 years by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
This Police Composite Sketch is of a man wanted for an attempted sexual molestation at an apartment complex in the 600 block of South Stapley Drive in Mesa, AZ on Christmas Day. There is no established like between that incident and Mikelle Biggs disappearance, but the proximity of these two crimes lead the detectives to consider the possibility that there may be a connection.
