Child ID Kits


Find Missing Kids, Inc. is dedicated to protecting America's children. In an effort to ensure every parent has their child's vital information readily available we now offer our child ID Kits by mail at a very affordable cost. Our ID kits also offer excellent marketing opportunities for local businesses. Each ID Kit includes:

  • A record keeper to record physical information including: date of birth
    height, weight and hair color
  • An area to place a recent photo (photos should be update every six months)
  • An area to record other pertinent information including allergies, blood type, medical conditions and distinctive features such as scars and birthmarks
  • Easy-to-use fingerprint ink strip
  • 10 Finger, fingerprint chart

  • Directory for emergency phone numbers (doctor, dentist and media contacts)

  • Record dental information with charts for permanent and baby teeth

  • Stores a hair sample for DNA analysis. ( 3"x 4" baggie is included for the best DNA preservation)

  • Parent/Guardian Information
How to order your ID kit


1. Completely fill out the child ID kit order form (located at right).

3. Once we receive your payment your order will be processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Pricing:

1 - 10 kits = $3.00 for each ID kit ($2.50 per kit + $.50 S&H per kit)

11 - 99 kits = $2.50 for each ID kit (shipping is FREE!)
